1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Unique Chance Club, an online equestrian educational membership community.

Unique Chance Club provides informational content, equestrian discussion, private community access, member-only media, riding-related educational feedback, and other digital materials connected with horses, horse riding, show jumping, horse management and equestrian sport.

By purchasing membership, creating an account, joining the Telegram community, accessing content, submitting videos, participating in discussions, or otherwise using Unique Chance Club, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase, join, access or use Unique Chance Club.

2. Important legal nature of Unique Chance Club

UniqueChance is an informational equestrian membership community.

UniqueChance is not:

• a lottery;

• a raffle;

• gambling;

• betting;

• a sweepstake;

• a regulated prize competition;

• an investment product;

• a horse co-ownership scheme;

• a financial product;

• a horse sale platform;

• an automatic horse distribution program;

• a promise to transfer any horse to any member.

Your membership fee is paid only for informational content, community access, founder-created materials, private discussions, video content and related membership benefits. There is an option for free membership.

Your membership fee is not paid for any chance, entry, right, expectancy, entitlement or opportunity to receive any material goods.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or older to participate in or purchase membership in Unique Chance Club.

By using Unique Chance Club, you represent that:

1. you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;

2. all information you provide is accurate;

3. you are not located in a country or territory where access is prohibited by law, sanctions, payment provider rules or platform restrictions;

4. you will comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence;

5. you will not use Unique Chance Club for illegal, abusive, unsafe or misleading purposes.

Unique Chance Club may refuse, suspend or terminate access where required by law, payment processor rules, sanctions compliance, animal welfare concerns, platform abuse, safety concerns, reputational concerns or other legitimate reasons.

4. Membership benefits

Membership may include some or all of the following:

1. access to informational equestrian content;

2. access to member-only videos;

3. access to private Telegram groups or channels;

4. participation in community discussion;

5. founder-created educational materials;

6. general show jumping and horse-management discussion;

7. opportunity to submit riding or horse videos for educational commentary, where available;

8. access to AI-assisted summaries, translations or educational resources;

9. other digital materials or community features announced by Unique Chance Club.

Unique Chance Club may add, remove, replace, pause, update or modify content and community features from time to time.

Membership does not guarantee any particular volume of content, number of founder replies, response time, video review, riding result, horse performance result, personal access to the founder, or individual coaching outcome.

5. Subscription plans and pricing

Unique Chance Club currently offers:

• Monthly membership: €10 per month.
• Annual membership: €99 per year.
• 6 month membership: €55 per 6 months.

Prices may include or exclude VAT/taxes depending on your location, checkout page, payment processor setup and applicable law. The final price shown at checkout controls.

Unique Chance Club may offer discounts, promotions, free access, scholarships, trial access, founder-approved access, or other special arrangements. These do not create any right for other members to receive the same conditions.

6. Automatic renewal

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, membership renews automatically.

Monthly membership renews each month until cancelled.

Annual membership renews each year until cancelled.

6 months membership renews every 6 months until cancelled.

By purchasing membership subscription, you authorize Unique Chance Club and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Your renewal date is normally the same calendar day as your original purchase date, subject to payment processor rules, calendar variations and technical limitations.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method provided at checkout, through the payment processor, or by contacting Unique Chance Club at support@uniquechance.life

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by applicable law or approved under the refund policy.

After cancellation, you normally retain access until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Unique Chance Club may terminate access earlier if your account is abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, harassing, violates these Terms, violates Community Rules, misuses content, attempts chargeback abuse, or creates legal, payment, animal welfare or reputational risk.

8. Failed payments

If payment fails, Unique Chance Club may:

1. retry the payment;

2. request updated payment information;

3. suspend access;

4. remove you from Telegram groups or channels;

5. cancel your membership;

6. restrict access to content;

7. terminate your account.

Unique Chance Club is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft fees, currency conversion costs, failed payment fees or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

9. Payment processors

Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal or other third-party providers.

Unique Chance Club does not control all payment processor decisions and is not responsible for payment processor errors, account restrictions, refused payments, currency conversion, bank fees, chargebacks, processor investigations or processor account limitations.

You must comply with the terms of the relevant payment processor.

10. Taxes and VAT

Prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, digital services tax, withholding tax or other taxes depending on your location and applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, charges or reporting obligations applicable to you, except taxes that Unique Chance Club is legally required to collect and remit.

11. EU / EEA / UK consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within a legal cooling-off period.

Where required by law, Unique Chance Club will respect mandatory consumer rights.

However, Unique Chance Club provides digital content and digital services. If you request or consent to immediate access to digital content or services before the end of the withdrawal period, and acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal rights, your statutory withdrawal right may be lost, limited or reduced where permitted by applicable law.

At checkout, Unique Chance Club may ask you to confirm:

“I consent to immediate access to digital content and understand that this may affect my withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.”

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Voluntary 10-day refund policy

In addition to mandatory rights that may apply by law, Unique Chance Club may offer a voluntary commercial refund policy.

You may request a refund within 10 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@uniquechance.life

This 10-day refund policy is voluntary and does not replace, reduce or waive any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Unique Chance Club may refuse refunds where:

1. the request is abusive or repetitive;

2. the member has downloaded, copied, recorded, redistributed or misused content;

3. the member has substantially consumed the digital content;

4. the member joined only to access content and then request a refund;

5. the member violated Community Rules;

6. the member engaged in harassment, threats, fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful conduct;

7. the refund is requested after the applicable period;

8. the payment processor does not permit the refund;

9. the account was terminated for cause.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

13. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact Unique Chance Club at support@uniquechance.life so that the issue can be reviewed.

Improper chargebacks, false claims of unauthorized payment, duplicate refund attempts or payment disputes made after content access may result in:

1. immediate account suspension;

2. removal from community spaces;

3. termination of access;

4. refusal of future service;

5. evidence submission to payment processors;

6. recovery of costs where legally permitted.

This does not limit your mandatory legal rights.

14. Educational disclaimer

Unique Chance Club content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Unique Chance Club does not provide:

• veterinary advice;

• medical advice;

• legal advice;

• financial advice;

• professional safety supervision;

• guaranteed riding instruction;

• guaranteed training results;

• guaranteed competition results;

• guaranteed horse performance improvement.

Remote educational feedback cannot fully evaluate rider ability, horse condition, tack fit, footing, stable environment, veterinary issues, safety risks, local law, coach supervision or all circumstances relevant to riding.

You remain solely responsible for:

1. your riding decisions;

2. your horse-management decisions;

3. your safety;

4. your horse’s welfare;

5. use of appropriate protective equipment;

6. consulting local qualified trainers;

7. consulting veterinarians;

8. complying with local law and equestrian rules;

9. deciding whether any information is appropriate for your situation.

Never follow online educational information if it appears unsafe, unsuitable, unlawful, harmful to the horse, or beyond your ability.

15. Equestrian risk and liability waiver

Horse riding, horse handling, show jumping, training, transport, stable management and equestrian sport are inherently dangerous.

Risks include, without limitation:

• falls;

• kicks;

• bites;

• collisions;

• crushing injuries;

• head injuries;

• spinal injuries;

• death;

• horse panic;

• unpredictable behavior;

• tack failure;

• footing failure;

• rider error;

• trainer error;

• veterinary issues;

• transport risks;

• competition risks;

• injury to horses, riders, handlers, spectators and third parties.

By using Unique Chance Club, you understand that any equestrian activity you undertake is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Unique Chance Club, the founder, the operator, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates, partners and representatives from liability arising from your reliance on educational content or participation in equestrian activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.

16. No professional-client relationship

Use of Unique Chance Club does not create a trainer-client, veterinarian-client, legal, medical, financial, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, investment, ownership, co-ownership or joint venture relationship.

Any individual comments from the founder or community members are educational and informal unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

17. Community access

Unique Chance Club may provide access through Telegram groups, Telegram channels, websites, email, video platforms, third-party platforms or other tools.

You understand that third-party platforms may have their own terms, privacy practices, outages, moderation policies, account restrictions and technical limitations.

Unique Chance Club is not responsible for Telegram outages, deleted accounts, banned accounts, notification failures, app errors or third-party platform decisions.

18. Community Rules

You agree not to:

1. harass, threaten, insult, stalk, bully or intimidate others;

2. publish defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or abusive content;

3. attack the founder, moderators, members or third parties;

4. disclose private information about others;

5. share screenshots outside the community without permission;

6. record, scrape, copy or redistribute community content;

7. spam, advertise or solicit without permission;

8. create drama, disruption or bad-faith conflict;

9. impersonate another person;

10. upload unlawful or unauthorized content;

11. upload videos of minors without authority;

12. make unsafe riding recommendations;

13. promote animal abuse or unethical conduct;

14. misuse the horse-related initiative;

15. suggest that membership purchases horse eligibility;

16. attempt to sell, transfer or share your account.

Unique Chance Club may remove content, mute members, suspend members, terminate access, refuse renewal or remove members from Telegram spaces without detailed explanation where necessary to protect the community, founder, members, horses, legal position or project reputation.

19. Founder participation

The founder may participate in the community but is not required to respond to every message, review every video, answer every question, provide individual coaching, or maintain any specific schedule.

Founder availability may vary due to sport, travel, competitions, horse care, business obligations, health, personal matters or other reasons.

20. User-submitted content

Members may submit riding videos, horse videos, photos, written comments, questions, training descriptions and other content.

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

By submitting content, you grant Unique Chance Chance a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, store, moderate, translate, summarize, discuss and use the content inside Unique Chance Club for operational and educational community purposes.

Unique Chance Club will not use member-submitted videos or images in public marketing without separate written consent.

You represent that:

1. you own the content or have permission to upload it;

2. the content does not violate privacy rights;

3. the content does not violate copyright;

4. the content does not endanger any person or horse;

5. the content does not contain unlawful material;

6. you have authority to upload any person appearing in the content;

7. you have the required consent for any minor appearing in the content.

21. Minors in videos and media

You must not upload videos, images or information showing minors unless:

1. you are the parent or legal guardian; or

2. you have written permission from the parent or legal guardian; and

3. the upload is lawful in your jurisdiction; and

4. the upload does not expose the minor to unnecessary privacy, safety or reputational risk.

You must not upload school names, home addresses, stable addresses, location data, phone numbers, documents, license plates or identifying details of minors unless necessary, lawful and properly authorized.

Unique Chance Club may remove minor-related content immediately and without notice.

Unique Chance Club will not use images or videos of minors in public marketing without separate written consent.

You agree to indemnify Unique Chance Club for claims arising from unauthorized uploads involving minors.

22. Privacy and personal data

Unique Chance Club processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.

Personal data may include:

• name;

• email;

• payment-related data;

• Telegram username;

• country;

• account status;

• messages;

• videos;

• images;

• riding information;

• horse-related information;

• support requests;

• technical information;

• consent records.

A separate Privacy Policy should explain lawful bases, data retention, processors, international transfers, cookies, user rights, video handling and contact details.

You must read and agree to the Privacy Policy before using Unique Chance Club.

23. AI and translation disclaimer

Unique Chance Club may use AI-assisted tools for:

• content drafting;

• educational summaries;

• moderation support;

• translation;

• transcription;

• subtitles;

• video description;

• community management;

• administrative workflows.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, mistranslations, outdated information or unsuitable recommendations.

AI outputs must not be relied on for:

• veterinary decisions;

• medical decisions;

• legal decisions;

• financial decisions;

• safety-critical riding decisions;

• horse welfare decisions;

• emergency decisions;

• competition strategy where professional judgment is required.

Translations are provided for convenience only. If there is a conflict between versions, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

24. Intellectual property

All Unique Chance Club materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property laws.

Protected materials may include:

• videos;

• lessons;

• recordings;

• written materials;

• training systems;

• frameworks;

• images;

• graphics;

• translations;

• AI-assisted materials;

• community materials;

• founder commentary;

• brand assets;

• logos;

• landing page copy;

• educational structures.

You may use Unique Chance Club materials only for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

You must not:

1. copy;

2. record;

3. screenshot;

4. download where not permitted;

5. repost;

6. redistribute;

7. resell;

8. sublicense;

9. teach from;

10. publish;

11. upload to social media;

12. share with non-members;

13. train AI systems on;

14. create competing products from;

15. remove copyright notices;

16. otherwise exploit Unique Chance Club materials.

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

25. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

You must not share your login, Telegram access, paid content, private links or membership access with others.

Unique Chance Club may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of sharing, resale, scraping, copying or unauthorized access.

26. Legal separation from membership

Any horse-related initiative is separate from the paid membership product.

Membership is purchased only for informational content, community access and digital membership benefits.

Purchasing, renewing, upgrading or maintaining membership does not:

1. guarantee any horse opportunity;

2. purchase any horse opportunity;

3. create any right to receive a horse;

4. create any right to participate in any horse transfer;

5. improve any chance of final approval except where legitimate educational or suitability processes require access to information or community participation;

6. create property rights;

7. create possession rights;

8. create a claim;

9. create an expectancy;

10. create lottery entry;

11. create contest entry;

12. create investment interest;

13. create transferable benefit;

14. create any obligation for the founder to transfer a horse.

No member is entitled to ownership, possession, use, sale proceeds, competition rights, breeding rights, insurance proceeds or economic benefit relating to any horse.

27. Discretionary nature

The founder and Unique Chance Club may, from time to time, consider a discretionary horse welfare initiative connected to one of the founder’s horses.

Such initiative may never occur.

If it occurs, it may be delayed, changed, suspended, cancelled or withdrawn at any time.

The founder has no contractual obligation to provide, distribute, transfer, sell, gift, lease, share or assign any horse.

28. No purchase necessary / free route

Where legally advisable or required, Unique Chance Club may create a free route to participate in any preliminary educational suitability process.

The free route may require completion of equivalent educational, safety, welfare, identity, eligibility and suitability steps.

Free participants and paid members must understand that neither free participation nor paid membership guarantees final approval, transfer, ownership or possession of any horse.

The purpose of any free route is to avoid connecting payment with horse-related eligibility.

29. Voluntary contributions - donations by members

As a member you have an option to buy additional entries for participating in active horse-initiatives. This is your voluntary contribution and donation to support the Unique Chance Club project, its informational and educational content, community development, horse-welfare costs and general operations. Any related participation records are administrative only and do not guarantee selection, eligibility, approval, ownership, possession or transfer of any horse. The free route remains available where required, and all horse-related decisions remain subject to suitability review, legal compliance, founder approval and the horse’s welfare.

30. No investment or financial return

No horse-related initiative is an investment.

Members do not acquire:

• shares;

• equity;

• tokens;

• profit rights;

• resale rights;

• ownership interests;

• co-ownership interests;

• financial return rights;

• breeding income rights;

• prize money rights;

• appreciation rights;

• repayment rights.

Do not join Unique Chance Club expecting financial gain.

31. Selection process

If UniqueChance announces a horse-related initiative, the process may include any combination of:

1. educational application;

2. riding theory review;

3. horse welfare questionnaire;

4. experience review;

5. identity verification;

6. interviews;

7. proof of stable quality;

8. proof of financial capacity;

9. proof of insurance;

10. veterinary references;

11. trainer references;

12. riding videos;

13. stable videos;

14. transport plan;

15. legal compliance review;

16. founder assessment;

17. independent veterinary or welfare input;

18. local legal review;

19. separate written agreement.

Any selection process is preliminary only.

Any random element, if used, merely identifies a person for further review, interview or suitability consideration.

Random selection does not determine the final recipient.

No person becomes entitled to a horse by being named, shortlisted, randomly selected, interviewed, approved at an earlier stage, announced publicly, or congratulated informally.

32. Final approval

Final approval depends on subjective and objective suitability criteria, including:

• rider level;

• horse-care experience;

• stable quality;

• financial capacity;

• veterinary care;

• insurance;

• transport safety;

• country of residence;

• legal import/export rules;

• reputation;

• ethics;

• horse welfare;

• long-term suitability;

• founder judgment;

• legal compliance;

• ability to sign and comply with a Horse Transfer Agreement.

The founder may reject any candidate for any reason related to horse welfare, safety, ethics, logistics, reputation, legal compliance or overall suitability.

The founder does not need to provide detailed reasons if doing so would create privacy, legal, reputational, welfare or safety concerns.

33. Animal welfare super-priority clause

Animal welfare is a non-negotiable superior principle of Unique Chance Club.

No commercial interest, member expectation, promotional statement, random selection, community vote, founder statement, previous communication, preliminary approval or public announcement may override the founder’s discretion to protect the welfare of a horse.

Unique Chance Club and the founder may cancel, delay, reverse, refuse or modify any horse-related process if there are concerns about:

• stable quality;

• rider level;

• financial capacity;

• veterinary care;

• transport safety;

• legal compliance;

• insurance;

• reputation;

• horse stress;

• future resale risk;

• welfare monitoring;

• ethical concerns;

• climate or travel suitability;

• injury risk;

• training approach;

• long-term care;

• any other welfare-related issue.

The horse’s welfare overrides all member expectations.

34. Costs of transfer

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, any approved recipient is responsible for all costs connected with possible transfer, including:

• veterinary checks;

• transport;

• quarantine;

• insurance;

• export documents;

• import documents;

• customs;

• taxes;

• registration;

• ownership transfer;

• FEI/passport updates;

• stable preparation;

• legal documents;

• translation;

• local professional advice;

• ongoing care.

Unique Chance Club is not responsible for these costs unless expressly agreed in writing.

35. Separate Horse Transfer Agreement required

No horse transfer is valid unless and until all required parties sign a separate written Horse Transfer Agreement.

That agreement may include:

1. identity of horse;

2. veterinary status;

3. passport and registration details;

4. transfer date;

5. conditions precedent;

6. welfare obligations;

7. stable standards;

8. insurance requirements;

9. anti-resale restrictions;

10. first-refusal rights;

11. buy-back provisions;

12. return obligations;

13. rehoming restrictions;

14. monitoring rights;

15. veterinary reporting;

16. training restrictions;

17. competition restrictions;

18. transport obligations;

19. costs and taxes;

20. governing law;

21. dispute resolution;

22. consequences of welfare breach.

Until such agreement is signed and all conditions are satisfied, no transfer occurs.

36. Cancellation after selection

Even after a person is preliminarily selected, interviewed, announced, congratulated or conditionally approved, Unique Chance Club may cancel the process if transfer is not in the horse’s best interests or creates legal, logistical, welfare, reputational, financial or safety concerns.

No compensation is owed for cancelled, delayed or refused horse transfer unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

If there is any conflict between documents, the following order applies:

1. mandatory applicable law prevails;

2. signed Horse Transfer Agreements prevail for actual horse transfer issues;

3. Horse Opportunity Rules prevail for horse initiative matters;

4. Terms & Conditions prevail for general membership matters;

5. Community Rules govern conduct inside Telegram/community spaces;

6. Privacy Policy governs personal data;

7. specific checkout terms prevail for price, subscription period and billing details.

DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

1. No warranties

Unique Chance Club is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Unique Chance Club does not warrant that:

• the content will be error-free;

• the platform will be uninterrupted;

• Telegram access will always work;

• the founder will always be available;

• educational advice will produce results;

• any horse will improve;

• any rider will improve;

• any horse opportunity will occur;

• any member will be approved for anything;

• translations will be accurate;

• AI-assisted content will be accurate.

2. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unique Chance Club, the founder, operator, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates and representatives are not liable for:

• indirect loss;

• consequential loss;

• loss of profit;

• loss of opportunity;

• emotional distress;

• reputational loss;

• riding injury;

• horse injury;

• veterinary costs;

• transport costs;

• competition losses;

• reliance on educational content;

• community disputes;

• third-party platform failures;

• payment processor issues;

• cancelled horse-related initiatives.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid to Unique Chance Club in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires a higher amount.

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unique Chance Club, the founder, operator, employees, contractors, moderators, affiliates and representatives from claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from:

1. your breach of these Terms;

2. your misuse of content;

3. your unauthorized upload of videos or images;

4. your upload of minors without permission;

5. your violation of privacy or intellectual property rights;

6. your unsafe riding or horse-management decisions;

7. your harassment or misconduct;

8. your false payment dispute;

9. your violation of law;

10. your participation in any horse-related process.

Unique Chance Club may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• fail to pay;

• violate these Terms;

• violate Community Rules;

• harass others;

• threaten the founder or members;

• share private content;

• copy or redistribute materials;

• misuse videos;

• upload unauthorized minors;

• engage in chargeback abuse;

• create legal risk;

• create animal welfare risk;

• damage the project reputation;

• attempt to manipulate any horse-related process;

• describe the membership as a horse lottery, raffle or giveaway in a way that creates legal risk.

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Unique Chance Club may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated where legally required.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not accept changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using Unique Chance Club.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact Unique Chance Club at support@uniquechance.life and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, mandatory venue rights, data protection rights, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
