1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Unique Chance, an online equestrian educational membership community.

Unique Chance provides educational content, equestrian discussion, private community access, member-only media, riding-related educational feedback and digital materials connected with show jumping, horse management and equestrian sport.

Unique Chance is operated by FARNA PLUS d.o.o., with registered address at [INSERT ADDRESS], company registration number [INSERT NUMBER], VAT number [INSERT VAT NUMBER], and contact email info@uniquechance.life.

By purchasing, creating an account, joining the Telegram community, accessing content, submitting videos, participating in discussions or otherwise using Unique Chance, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not purchase, access or use Unique Chance.

2. IMPORTANT LEGAL NATURE OF UNIQUE CHANCE

Unique Chance is an educational equestrian membership community and digital-content platform.

Membership is purchased solely for:

• educational content

• community participation

• founder-created materials

• private discussion spaces

• digital educational resources

• related membership benefits

Membership does not purchase:

• ownership rights

• financial rights

• guaranteed horse rights

• gambling participation

• investment interests

• regulated betting participation

• ownership or co-ownership of any horse

Any horse-related initiative, if ever offered, remains entirely separate, discretionary, welfare-led and subject to independent suitability review, legal compliance and founder approval.

No member is automatically entitled to receive ownership, possession or transfer of any horse.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Unique Chance.

By using Unique Chance, you represent that:

  1. you are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
  2. all information you provide is accurate;
  3. you are not located in a country or territory where access is prohibited by law, sanctions, payment provider rules or platform restrictions;
  4. you will comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence;
  5. you will not use Unique Chance for illegal, abusive, unsafe or misleading purposes.

Unique Chance may refuse, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for:

• legal compliance

• sanctions compliance

• payment-provider requirements

• safety concerns

• community protection

• animal welfare concerns

• reputational protection

4. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Paid membership may include some or all of the following:

  1. access to educational equestrian content;
  2. access to member-only videos;
  3. access to private Telegram groups or channels;
  4. participation in community discussion;
  5. founder-created educational materials;
  6. general show jumping and horse-management discussion;
  7. opportunity to submit riding or horse videos for educational commentary, where available;
  8. access to AI-assisted summaries, translations or educational resources;
  9. other digital materials or community features announced by Unique Chance.

Unique Chance may add, remove, replace, pause, update or modify content and community features from time to time.

Membership does not guarantee:

• any specific volume of content

• founder availability

• response times

• personal coaching

• riding improvement

• horse-performance improvement

• competition results

• individual access to the founder

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Unique Chance currently offers:

  • Monthly membership — €10 per month
  • Half-year membership — €55 per 6 calendar months
  • Annual membership — €100 per calendar year

Prices may include or exclude VAT/taxes depending on your location, checkout page, payment processor setup and applicable law.

The final checkout price controls.

Unique Chance may occasionally offer:

• discounts

• promotional access

• scholarships

• founder-approved access

• temporary free access

• special arrangements

Such offers do not create rights for other members to receive identical conditions.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, membership renews automatically.

Monthly membership renews monthly.

Annual membership renews yearly.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing through the selected payment method and payment processor.

Renewal dates may vary slightly due to processor rules, calendar variations or technical limitations.

7. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription through:

• your payment provider

• account settings, where available

• direct contact with Unique Chance

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create refund rights unless required by applicable law or approved under the Refund Policy.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Unique Chance may suspend or terminate accounts earlier where necessary for:

• abuse

• fraud

• harassment

• unlawful conduct

• chargeback abuse

• platform misuse

• safety concerns

• reputational protection

• animal welfare concerns

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment fails, Unique Chance may:

  1. retry the payment;
  2. request updated payment information;
  3. suspend access;
  4. remove you from Telegram groups or channels;
  5. cancel your membership;
  6. restrict access to content;
  7. terminate your account.

Unique Chance is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft fees, currency conversion costs, failed payment fees or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

9. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal or other third-party providers.

Unique Chance does not control all payment-processor decisions and is not responsible for:

• processor errors

• refused payments

• account restrictions

• currency conversion

• bank fees

• chargebacks

• processor investigations

• processor account limitations

You must comply with the terms of the relevant payment processor.

10. TAXES AND VAT

Prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, digital-services tax, withholding tax or other taxes depending on your location and applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, charges or reporting obligations applicable to you, except taxes that Unique Chance is legally required to collect and remit.

11. EU / EEA / UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, you may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Where required by law, Unique Chance will respect mandatory consumer rights.

Because Unique Chance provides digital content and digital services, access to digital materials before the end of a statutory withdrawal period may affect withdrawal rights where legally permitted.

At checkout, you may be asked to confirm:

“I consent to immediate access to digital content and understand that this may affect my withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.”

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
